Introduction

MyFightCoach ("we", "our", or "us") is a combat-sports training service operated by DozaCreative LLC. We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you use the MyFightCoach web application and mobile apps (together, the "Service").

Information We Collect

• Email address (for authentication)
• Display name or preferred name (optional)
• Profile photo (optional)

• Training goals, experience level, and any fight or competition dates you enter
• Gym access and available equipment
• Body metrics you choose to log (e.g. weight, measurements, body-fat %)
• Workout programs, history, and statistics
• Custom exercises, combinations, and prompts you submit to our AI coach ("Coach Rook")

• Subscriptions are processed by Stripe. Your full card number is entered directly with Stripe and is never stored on our servers. We retain only limited billing metadata (such as subscription status, plan, and the last four digits of your card) needed to manage your account.

• App usage analytics (via Google Firebase / Google Analytics)
• Device type and operating system
• App performance data

How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

• Provide and maintain the Service
• Authenticate your account and enable account features
• Generate personalized AI training plans and coaching (see "AI & Automated Coaching" below)
• Save and sync your workout data across devices
• Process subscriptions and payments
• Improve our app and user experience
• Send important service-related communications
• Provide customer support

AI & Automated Coaching

Our AI coach ("Coach Rook") generates personalized workout plans and content. To do this, we send the relevant parts of your training profile — such as your goals, experience level, gym/equipment access, body metrics, workout history, and the request you type — to our AI provider, Anthropic (the maker of Claude), which processes it to produce your plan.

Anthropic processes this data under its own commercial terms and does not use it to train its models. We do not sell your training data, and we only send what is needed to generate the content you request. AI-generated plans are informational and are not medical or professional advice — see our Terms of Service.

Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored securely using Firebase services provided by Google. We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.

All data transmission between the app and our servers is encrypted using industry-standard protocols.

Service Providers (Sub-processors)

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information. We share data only with the service providers that help us operate the Service, each of which is contractually bound to protect it:

• Google Firebase — authentication, database, hosting, and analytics
• Anthropic — AI coaching and plan generation
• Stripe — subscription and payment processing
• Resend — transactional and lifecycle email

We may also disclose information if required by law, to respond to legal process, to protect our rights, privacy, safety, or property, or with your explicit consent.

Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access your personal data
• Correct inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your account and associated data
• Export your workout data
• Opt-out of analytics collection

You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from the app's settings; doing so permanently removes your data from our systems. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at the address below.

Children's Privacy

Our service is not directed to individuals under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you become aware that a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us.

Changes to This Policy

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the "Last updated" date.
