1. Acceptance of Terms

MyFightCoach (the "Service") is operated by DozaCreative LLC ("we", "our", or "us"). By accessing or using the MyFightCoach web application or mobile apps, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

MyFightCoach is a fitness application that provides interval training timers, workout programs, combat-sports training tools, and AI-generated coaching and training plans ("Coach Rook") for combat sports and general fitness enthusiasts. The Service includes both free and paid subscription features.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and complete information
• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Violate any laws in your jurisdiction
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service's operation
• Upload malicious code or viruses
• Collect or harvest user information without permission

5. Health and Safety Disclaimer

IMPORTANT: Please read this section carefully.

The workout programs and exercises provided in this Service are for informational purposes only and are not intended as medical advice. Before beginning any exercise program:

• Consult with your physician or healthcare provider
• This is especially important if you have pre-existing health conditions
• Stop exercising immediately if you experience pain, dizziness, or discomfort

You acknowledge that you use this Service at your own risk and that we are not responsible for any injuries or health issues that may result from your use of the Service.

6. AI-Generated Content

Coach Rook and other AI features generate training plans, workouts, and coaching content automatically using third-party artificial-intelligence models. You understand and agree that:

• AI-generated content is informational only and is not professional, medical, nutritional, or coaching advice, and is not a substitute for a qualified professional.
• AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your circumstances. You are responsible for using your own judgment and for exercising safely.
• To generate this content we send relevant parts of your training profile to our AI provider, as described in our Privacy Policy.

7. Subscriptions, Trials, and Payments

Some features require a paid subscription. Subscriptions purchased through our web application are billed and processed by Stripe. By starting a subscription or free trial:

• You authorize us and Stripe to charge your payment method for the plan you select.
• Free trials (for example, the 5-day Elite trial) require a valid payment method. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, your subscription automatically begins and your payment method is charged.
• Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period (monthly, quarterly, or yearly) until cancelled.
• You may cancel at any time from your account settings. When you cancel, you keep access through the end of the current billing period; we do not provide prorated refunds for partial periods except where required by law.
• Subscriptions purchased through the Apple App Store or Google Play are instead governed by that store's billing and refund policies.

8. Intellectual Property

All content in the Service, including text, graphics, logos, audio, and software, is the property of DozaCreative LLC or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute the Service's content without permission
• Use the Service's trademarks or logos without authorization
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code

9. User Content

By creating custom workouts or programs, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, store, and display your content for the purpose of operating and improving the Service. You retain ownership of your content.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DOZACREATIVE LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless DozaCreative LLC, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

12. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes through the Service or via email. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

13. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. You may terminate your account at any time through the app settings.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas and the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law provisions.
